How do I access the building?

Shortly after scheduling your space, you will receive an email with instructions. Using the front door on Chestnut Street, the building and rooms will be open and waiting for you as scheduled.

How do I access the wifi?

Follow the directions on your device to connect to “CoLab Ventures” using the password “112Chestnut.”

What else is included?

All of the public spaces including the lobby and (soon to be) coffee corner are included in your rental. As shared spaces, all must respect community norms.

What if I need assistance?

If you’re on site call 308-235-3371. If you need assistance before or after your rental please email management@warnercrest.com to assist you.

What are my responsibilities?

All clients will be held responsible for any damages during their rental. CoLab Ventures will make every effort to return lost items but will not be responsible for unattended items.
